During our recent family vacation at Eight Palms, we were pleased with our overall experience. Though the location is not walkable to most attractions, a short taxi ride provided easy access to nearby areas. We stayed in two beautiful villas, which were impressively clean and well-furnished, offering us all the modern conveniences we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff consistently demonstrated exceptional hospitality, making us feel right at home. They were always available, whether it was to arrange additional towels or to help with breakfast. On one occasion, we experienced a power outage, and the staff promptly notified us via WhatsApp with updates, which we found very reassuring. For families with children, the villa's pool was a highlight. My 11-year-old enjoyed endless hours of swimming and relaxation. While we didn't get the villa with the slide, the overall pool experience kept our spirits high. the brisk 15-minute walk to Seminyak introduced us to various shops and restaurants, adding to our family adventure.
